Overview
Integrity Power Search is a specialized retained search firm that caters to emerging technology companies throughout North America. Since 2012, IPS has completed over a thousand retained searches with remarkable success, resulting in clients collectively creating billions of dollars worth of exits.
The agency that hired me for this project was responsible for the web development, adhering to the brand guidelines that I established. The client specifically requested a simple, cohesive brand with a logotype as its primary visual element.

Approach
After selecting the appropriate font weight, I went through several iterations to finalize the chosen logotype. In addition, I explored numerous color combinations that conveyed a crisp and calm feel. The client emphasized the importance of their brand being free of any recruitment-related anxiety.
To ensure the brand's consistency across various media types, I also tested it on different apparel and media mockups. Another part of the project involved creating a presentation deck that could be easily modified in Apple Keynote.

Conclusion
The branding has proven to be versatile and adaptable to various media types, and the client's feedback suggests that we succeeded in the objective.
The style guide we provided has been instrumental in giving their entire marketing structure plenty to work with and is very future proof.
